By renting a scooter from us, we will provide you with the following:

• Scooters with the capacity of 50 cc and 125 cc
• delivery and pick-up of your scooter at the underground station of your choice 9 AM to 9 PM.
• One helmet (second helmet is for 50 CZK each)
• Mandatory equipment
• Luminous vest, extra stowage compartment and a lock for your scooter¨

Accessories by Request:

The rental fee is always paid at the time of the scooter takeover. The charge includes a refundable deposit of 2 000 CZK and the standard tariffs. All stated prices include VAT.

Conditions

The scooter is delivered at a Prague underground station between 9 AM to 9 PM. If the customer selects a different place to takeover/handover or different time than stated, a surplus charge of 300 CZK for one way will be incurred.

To rent our scooter, a valid driving licence and ID card is required. If you are not a citizen of this country, you must submit your passport and additional ID card. The rental fee is always paid at the time of the scooter takeover. The charge includes a refundable deposit of 2 000 CZK and the standard tariffs.

The scooter will always be provided with a full tank of fuel. You are required to hand the scooter with the same amount of fuel.

The customer is always required to return the scooter on time. If the customer doesn’t return the scooter on time, he is required to pay a penalty amounting to 100% of the daily tariff.

The customer is required to use the rented scooter only in the usual manner and for the usual purpose. He is not allowed to let a third party use the scooter.

During riding, the rider and the pillion passenger are required to use protective helmets. They are not allowed to drink any alcoholic drinks or use any narcotics or psychotropic drugs and they are required to pay maximum attention to riding observing traffic rules. In the case of breaking this regulation, the customer takes the responsibilities and obligations implied hereof.

The customer is always required to properly take care of the scooter and secure it against potential theft or damage. He is also required to prevent any damage caused to other road users.

The customer is not allowed to make any repairs or alternations to the scooter and he is not allowed to use the scooter for sports or racing purposes, riding on racing tracks or other sports tracks used for similar purposes.

Each scooter is equipped with a chain lock, mandatory equipment, luminous vest, stowage compartment and a protective helmet. All stated items are included in the basic rental fee. On request, we will provide you with the second protective helmet for a fee of 50 CZK/day and a protective kidney belt for 50 CZK/day.

The mileage is limited to 200 km/day. For each additional kilometre you will be charged 3 CZK/km.

The scooter is insured against damage or theft. The deductible is set to 2000 CZK (refundable deposit amount). The deductible is paid by the customer up to that amount. If the customer causes damage on the rented scooter that is not covered by the insurance due to breaking insurance policy regulations, the customer is required to pay the damage in cash at the renter’s request. If the customer breaches the Trading conditions, he is required to pay all costs of repair, loss of profit or the whole scooter price. All stated prices include VAT.
