How to find accommodation and other services?

Please find accommodation or other services on our web pages
Click on the Reservation button below the description of the choosen accommodation or below the description of other service

Fill in and send the REQUEST FORM

We will send you an e-mail with the confirmation of your request or we will send you an alternative offer in case the accommodation is not part of Prague Information reservation system and the facility for the period you wished is occupied

Hotels, apartments, guest houses, hostels

1. Credit card guarantee - the amount for the whole stay will be authorised. We will charge no money, we will just check, if there is enough money on your account, and your bank will just block the amount. After that we will send you the first night's voucher.

2. The full payment will be settled upon arrival in our office where the voucher for the remaining stay will be issued.

OR

1. The amount for the whole stay will be paid by credit card, by bank transfer or by money transfer in advance.

2. The voucher for the whole stay will be sent to you immediately.

City tours, trips, cruises, tickets for cultural events Advanced full payment or credit card guarantee for the full amount required.

Terms and conditions

Services listed on this website must be booked in advance. Our offices are open 7 days a week for reservations and customer support. We process bookings online 24 hours daily, but we may need to check operational details before responding.

There are NO HIDDEN EXTRAS with Prague Tourist Information. Our prices include all service charges and taxes. There are no credit card fees.

Payments will appear as Prague Information on your credit card statement. These are charged in Czech crowns. Other curencies are guide rates, to help calculate approximate prices in these currencies. Nationals of all countries are welcome to make a reservation with Prague Information in their native language.

We are committed to the highest levels of Internet security and utilise SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology on all booking forms. When using one of our secure forms, you will see a padlock icon displayed in your browser, indicating our secure servers are in operation.
