My parents named me Sona. History has been my hobby for ages even though my education is in technical field. Having experienced the communist era as well as nascent democracy I especially enjoy the modern history. I am fascinated by the way the past shapes our present and how it determines the characters of the nations. I have been the tour guide for more than four years providing the guided tours in Prague and other historical venues in the Czech Republic. I will be happy to share with you the stories and anecdotes from the past as well as present while exploring the charming corners of the Czech lands.
