: This traditional ayurvedic treatment, Shirodhara, brings an entire harmony and a deep relaxation to both body and soul. A special vessel is filled with warm oil and hung above your head. Slowly and evenly, a trickle of the oil flows onto your forehead and further onto your head which is gently massaged, too. This takes 45 minutes. Shirodhara helps against insomnia, psychological stress, neuralgic pains, anxiety, headache, down-heartedness, problems with memory and helps your organs through deep relaxation to flush out deep seated toxins.
